Phase 1

This symbol denotes that this termination

is used for the upper phase of a 240 Vrms

3 wire system consisting of Phase 1

(Black wire), Neutral (White wire), and

Phase 2 (Red wire).

Neutral

This symbol denotes that this termination

is used for the middle wire of a 240 Vrms

3 wire system consisting of Phase 1

(Black wire), Neutral (White wire), and

Phase 2 (Red wire).

Phase 2

This symbol denotes that this termination

is used for the lower phase of a 240 Vrms

3 wire system consisting of Phase 1

(Black wire), Neutral (White wire), and

Phase 2 (Red wire).

Ground
